I can't stop smiling. The video is just what I wanted to see; just Phoebe being Phoebe. She really looks like David. And, I love the hiccups. I appreciate being able to watch my step-grandniece (?) grow. In any case, she is my friend's sweet grandchild and I know she is totally in love with her.
